Introduction to Coaching
The purpose of this course is to introduce and orientate participants to the leadership discipline of coaching. We will introduce participants to coaching language, coaching conversations, and an overall understanding of what coaching is, how it differs from other leadership disciplines, and how to partner with others to achieve their goals. Participants will learn about the eight ICF Core Coaching Competencies, emphasizing: Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Listens Actively and Evokes Awareness. This course provides 15 contact hours. The course may be offered in-person or through Zoom.

Implementing Coaching
The purpose of this course is to move the theory of coaching to practice. Now that you understand what coaching is, it is time to implement coaching competencies into your behaviors, leadership, and coaching practices, empowering coaches to implement coaching competencies into behaviors, leadership, and coaching conversations. This course highlights the following ICF Core Coaching Competencies: Demonstrates Ethical Practice, Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Establishes and Maintains Agreements, Cultivates Trust and Safety and Maintains Presence. This course provides 15 contact hours. The course may be offered in-person or through Zoom.

Leadership Coaching
The purpose of this course is to learn how to coach leaders and employees within an organization. We will introduce participants to a strategic approach to a long-term relationship with a corporate client. In addition, we will explore the impact of Emotional Intelligence in the coaching process. This course highlights the following ICF Core Coaching Competencies: Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Evokes Awareness and Facilitates Client Growth. This course provides 15 contact hours. The course may be offered in-person or through Zoom.

Coaching Change Management and Culture Shift
The purpose of this course is to utilize all eight ICF Core Competencies in coaching for change. We will look through the lenses of change management and coaching organizational culture shift. This course highlights the following ICF Core Coaching Competencies: Embodies a Coaching Mindset, Cultivates Trust and Safety, Maintains Presence, Evokes Awareness and Facilitates Client Growth. This course provides 15 contact hours. The course may be offered in-person or through Zoom.

Each course consists of 15 hours of training and is offered in-person and/or online.
There are no requirements to enter the program
Payment
Each course must be paid in full before beginning that course unless other arrangements have been agreed to. If a participant needs to withdraw his/her registration prior to the course, a $25 processing fee is applied, and the remaining balance of received funds will be refunded.
