PCU Delivers Coaching
PCU delivers coaching to individuals, companies, churches, and teams. A PCU-certified coach delivers professional coaching at the highest level.
PCU Trains and Certifies Coaches
As an ICF Approved Coach Training Program, the Professional Coach Training Program (PCTP) is the official Coach Training Program of Professional Coach University. We currently offer four courses: Introduction to Coaching, Implementing Coaching, Leadership Coaching, and Coaching Change Management and Culture Change. Completion of all four courses satisfies the academic requirements to apply for ICF ACC certification and PCU Executive Certified Coach level.

PCU offers blog posts and podcasts to enhance your leadership. PCU provides personal and staff development events.

Michael Smith D.Min., PCC, ECC, CPCC
Michael is a professional coach who partners with leaders and professionals to dream bigger, reach goals faster and make a lasting impact. Michael began coaching in 2012, forming an LLC in 2019.
Michael is happily married to Kimberly and together have 6 children.
